How to play and current content
Tap a tile to rotate its path clockwise and connect every tile in the woodland to the central cottage. Exits must match their neighbors, stay inside the board, and form no loops. The central cottage is a fixed clue and cannot rotate.
There are 100 fixed puzzles, beginning with three tutorials and nine puzzles across three chapters. After all three chapters, the home page offers the Daily Path, resume play, new puzzles by difficulty, the fixed library, and collection invitations. Choose Boundaries · Easy, Connections · Medium, or Assumptions · Hard. Every new puzzle is checked for a unique solution and excludes the fixed library and previously generated networks. Rotation, reflection, different locked tiles, or decoration do not make the same network a new puzzle.
The Daily Path is generated offline from your device date and excludes the fixed library. Players on the same version get the same network on the same day. If the network is already in your history, it resumes the existing puzzle and results. You can retry if no suitable new puzzle is found.
Undo moves, read a rule-based hint before revealing exits, or restart the same puzzle. Undo preserves the cumulative rotation count. Your Forest journal records completion, unassisted, and minimum-move stamps. Each distinct puzzle grants one collection invitation on its first completion and another on its first perfect completion. Gradually collect all 150 trees, flowers, plants, and small animals and arrange your woodland. Replaying a network, including an already completed Daily Path, grants no repeat rewards.
Resuming play and saves
Your journey is saved after valid actions and when the app goes into the background. Reopening returns you to your current puzzle with its board, moves, hints, assistance previews, and undo history. Completed puzzles keep only the final board and have no undo history after reopening. Generated puzzles and play history are kept in the same local save to avoid duplicates; clearing data removes those records. No account is required. There are no ads or analytics services, and no app-operated cross-device sync or save import/export.
If the app says it cannot save, use Retry save. If a save cannot be recognized or can only be partly restored, the app preserves the original data and waits for your explicit confirmation before rebuilding it from the readable journey. Confirming the rebuild overwrites the original save. Progress is not guaranteed to be recoverable after storage failure, device failure, or data deletion.
Languages
The interface, titles and reasoning records for 100 puzzles, hints, achievements, and 150 collection names support Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. The app selects a supported language in the order of your system preferences, skipping unsupported entries. If none match, it uses English. There is no in-app language menu; use the language settings provided by your device.
For Chinese, an explicit script takes priority: Hant selects Traditional Chinese and Hans selects Simplified Chinese. Without an explicit script, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao select Traditional Chinese; mainland China, Singapore, and Chinese with no region select Simplified Chinese. English and Japanese accept regional variants. Changing your system language does not reset your board, moves, hints, achievements, or collection.
Display and compatibility mode
The day/night theme follows your system by default. You can also choose day or night manually; the preference is saved locally. On iPad, the board grows to fit the available space, with the board and controls side by side in landscape. Changing orientation does not restart the puzzle. Trees and small animals remain upright as roads rotate.
Enable Older phone mode in Display settings to use simple road graphics. Switching modes does not affect your board, moves, or achievements. This mode does not change the app’s minimum operating-system requirements and does not mean performance has been verified on every older device.
Backups and data deletion
Your operating system may include local data in backups or transfers, depending on your device and account settings. Manage these copies through system settings. The publisher cannot read or manage system backups.
On Android, clear this app’s storage or data through system settings. On iOS, Delete App removes local data; offloading the app while retaining its data does not clear the save. Clearing data affects your game progress. Old data may reappear if you restore a system backup. The publisher cannot remotely delete local game data.
