本政策說明 Android 與 iOS 應用程式「許爸的數獨」如何處理遊戲資料。若有隱私相關問題，請寄信至 17apphouse@gmail.com。
我們處理的資料
許爸的數獨不需要註冊或登入。應用程式會在裝置的應用程式專用儲存空間保存數獨題目、棋盤與筆記、錯誤與提示使用次數、遊玩時間、完成紀錄、上次選擇的難度與模式，以及語言和顯示設定。為顯示成就，應用程式也保存操作正式題目時的裝置本地日期（同一天只計一次）、不用提示與零錯誤的完成題數，以及新獲得紀念章的日期。這些資料用於繼續遊戲、顯示進度與成就、提供每日挑戰與保留偏好設定。每日挑戰使用裝置的本地日期產生題目；總完成題數由既有完成紀錄計算。舊存檔的遊玩日期無法追溯，因此遊玩天數從加入此功能的版本起記錄。
應用程式不用網路也能遊玩，沒有廣告或分析服務，也沒有開發者自建的雲端帳號或遊戲資料伺服器；應用程式本身不會主動把上述遊戲資料傳送給開發者。
備份、分享與系統服務
你可以在應用程式內選擇「匯出備份」，透過裝置的系統分享功能，把包含上述遊戲進度、成就資料與設定的 JSON 備份檔交給你選擇的應用程式或儲存位置。你也可以從自行選取的備份檔匯入資料；匯入會依備份還原完成題數、遊玩天數和紀念章，已完成題面的查重紀錄則與本機紀錄合併。匯出後，所選服務如何處理該檔案，依其隱私權政策及你的設定而定。
你也可以主動分享數獨題目。選擇「原始題目」時，分享訊息包含題面、難度與玩法；選擇「目前盤面」時，還包含已填數字、筆記、遊玩時間，以及錯誤與提示次數。訊息不包含完整解答、遊玩日期、成就或備份資料。你可以複製訊息，或透過系統分享功能交給自行選擇的應用程式；該應用程式如何處理訊息，依其隱私權政策及你的設定而定。你貼上朋友分享的訊息並確認匯入後，朋友題成為裝置上的遊戲進度。本應用程式沒有用於分享或匯入題目的伺服器。
此外，Android 的系統備份功能可能依裝置和帳號設定，將應用程式資料備份至 Google 或裝置供應商的備份服務，或在換機時轉移資料。iOS 的 iCloud 備份也可能依你的裝置和帳號設定，包含應用程式資料或在換機時移轉資料。這些系統功能與應用程式內的手動匯出不同；是否啟用及資料如何保護、保存與刪除，由相關系統服務和你的裝置設定決定。
保存與刪除
裝置上的遊戲資料會保留到你清除應用程式資料或解除安裝。若你曾手動匯出備份，也需到所選儲存位置自行刪除備份檔。若使用 Android 或 iOS 系統備份，請到裝置或相關帳號的備份設定管理該副本。

許爸的數獨 Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Android and iOS app 許爸的數獨 handles game data. For privacy questions, contact 17apphouse@gmail.com.
Data handled by the app
You do not need to register or sign in. The app stores Sudoku puzzles, boards and notes, mistake and hint counts, play time, completion records, the last selected difficulty and mode, and language and display settings in its app-specific storage on your device. To show achievements, it also stores the device's local dates on which you edit a cell in a playable Sudoku puzzle, including regular and daily puzzles (counted once per day), completed-game counts without hints or mistakes, and the dates when new badges are earned. It uses this information to resume games, show progress and achievements, provide daily puzzles and remember your preferences. Daily puzzles are generated using your device's local date; the total number of completed puzzles is calculated from existing completion records. Earlier play dates cannot be recovered from old saves, so play-day tracking begins with the version that adds this feature.
You can play without an internet connection. The app has no ads, analytics service, developer-run cloud account or game-data server. The app itself does not actively send this game data to the developer.
Backups, sharing and system services
If you choose Export backup in the app, your device's system share menu can send a JSON file containing the game progress, achievements and settings described above to the app or storage location you select. You can also import a backup file you select. Import restores completed-puzzle counts, play-day counts and badges from that backup, while merging the completed-puzzle history used to avoid repeats with the history on your device. After export, the selected service handles that file according to its privacy policy and your settings.
You can also choose to share a Sudoku puzzle. An “Original puzzle” message contains the givens, difficulty and play mode. A “Current board” message also contains your entries, notes, elapsed play time, mistake count and hint count. The message does not include the complete solution, play dates, achievements or backup data. You can copy the message or send it through your device’s share menu to an app you choose. That app handles the message according to its privacy policy and your settings. After you paste a friend’s message and confirm import, the puzzle becomes part of the game progress stored on your device. This app has no server for sharing or importing puzzles.
Android's system backup feature may also, depending on your device and account settings, back up app data to Google or a device manufacturer's backup service, or transfer data when you move to another device. On iOS, iCloud Backup may include app data or transfer it to a new device, depending on your device and account settings. These system features are separate from the app's manual export. The relevant system services and your device settings control whether they run and how the data is protected, retained and deleted.
Retention and deletion
Game data on your device remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. If you exported a backup manually, delete that copy from the storage location you selected. If you use Android or iOS system backup, manage its copy in your device or account backup settings.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update this policy and the date above. The latest version published on this page applies.

アプリが取り扱うデータ
登録やログインは必要ありません。アプリは、数独の問題、盤面、メモ、ミスとヒントの回数、プレイ時間、クリア記録、最後に選んだ難易度とモード、言語や表示の設定を、お使いの端末のアプリ専用領域に保存します。実績を表示するため、通常の問題やデイリーチャレンジなど、プレイできる問題でマスを操作した端末の現地日付（1日につき1回）、ヒントなし・ミスなしでクリアした問題数、新しいバッジを獲得した日付も保存します。これらの情報は、ゲームの再開、進行状況や実績の表示、毎日の問題の提供、設定の保存に使用します。毎日の問題は端末の現地日付を使って作成し、クリアした問題の合計は既存のクリア記録から計算します。古いセーブデータから過去のプレイ日付を復元することはできないため、プレイ日数はこの機能を追加したバージョンから記録します。
インターネット接続なしで遊べます。広告、アクセス解析サービス、開発者が運営するクラウドアカウントやゲームデータ用サーバーはありません。アプリ自体がこれらのゲームデータを開発者へ自動的に送信することはありません。
バックアップ、共有、システムのサービス
アプリで「バックアップを書き出す」を選ぶと、端末の共有メニューを通じて、上記の進行状況、実績、設定を含むJSONファイルを、選択したアプリや保存先へ送れます。自分で選んだバックアップファイルを読み込むこともできます。読み込み時には、クリアした問題数、プレイ日数、バッジをバックアップから復元し、同じ問題の再出題を避けるためのクリア履歴を端末上の履歴と統合します。書き出した後のファイルは、選択したサービスのプライバシーポリシーと利用者の設定に従って取り扱われます。
数独の問題を共有することもできます。「元の問題」のメッセージには、最初からある数字、難易度、プレイモードが含まれます。「今の盤面」のメッセージには、入力済みの数字、メモ、経過時間、ミスとヒントの回数も含まれます。完全な解答、プレイ日付、実績、バックアップデータは含まれません。メッセージをコピーするか、端末の共有メニューから自分で選んだアプリへ送れます。送信先のアプリは、そのプライバシーポリシーと利用者の設定に従ってメッセージを取り扱います。友だちのメッセージを貼り付けて読み込みを確定すると、その問題は端末に保存する進行状況の一部になります。このアプリには、問題の共有や読み込み用のサーバーはありません。
Androidのシステムバックアップは、端末やアカウントの設定によって、アプリのデータをGoogleや端末メーカーのバックアップサービスに保存したり、機種変更時に転送したりする場合があります。iOSでは、端末やアカウントの設定によって、iCloudバックアップにアプリのデータが含まれたり、新しい端末へ転送されたりする場合があります。これらは、アプリの手動書き出しとは別の機能です。実行の有無、データの保護、保存期間、削除方法は、各システムサービスと端末の設定によって管理されます。
保存期間と削除
端末のゲームデータは、アプリのデータを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。手動でバックアップを書き出した場合は、選択した保存先からそのコピーを削除してください。AndroidやiOSのシステムバックアップを使用している場合は、端末またはアカウントのバックアップ設定でコピーを管理してください。
このポリシーの変更
アプリのデータの取り扱いが変わる場合は、このポリシーと上記の更新日を変更します。このページに掲載された最新版が適用されます。
